We are now searching for a skilled and pro-active person to join our team as a Software Development Engineer for development of advanced medical image analysis solutions. The position will participate in all stages of the product life-cycle, from planning and design to implementation and testing, all the way up to product launch.


The position will be challenging and demanding, and provides good opportunities for professional development. Your main task will be development on a new product offering taking advantage of state-of-art development tools and design architecture.
You should have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science, physics, mathematics or other relevant experience, and a proven record of strong programming skills. We mainly code in C++ within Qt and Visual Studio.

 

Experience with any of these areas, tools and libraries is a great plus but not required:

  • Image processing, visualization and UX design.
  • MRI modalities, neuroimaging or other relevant methodologies within statistical- and flow analysis
  • Medical applications, DICOM standard, PACS systems and information security
  • Qt/QtCreator, Visual Studio, CMake, Boost, Docker, DICOM Toolkit, OpenInventor, OpenCL/CUDA, C++11/14, Javascript UI frameworks (VueJS, Standard Template Library
  • Application deployment on server- and cloud (Amazon AWS)
  • Familiar with agile development methodologies
