Would you like to help developing the medical software of tomorrow? Using state-of-the-art methodologies and development tools for advanced medical image post processing, NordicNeuroLab is creating software aiding medical doctors and scientists around the world with pre-surgical planning and medical evaluation. As a software developer at NordicNeuroLab, you will be part of shaping our next-generation software capable of calculating everything from neural tracts to blood flow or neural activations in the human brain. 

 

NordicNeuroLab is searching for a maths or physics major with good programming skills and a genuine interest for science who can contribute to develop advanced methods for medical image post processing.   • Education within mathematics or physics
  • Familiarity with machine learning
  • Familiar with C++

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree, or relevant experience, physics or mathematics
  • Relevant experience can be substituted for formal education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Strong programming skills
  • Willingness to learn

Desired Qualifications

  • Speciality in medical physics
  • Experience with image processing and visualization
  • Experience with MRI modalities or relevant methodologies within statistical- and flow analysis
  • Experience with signal processing
  • Prior experience with any of these tools/libraries is a plus: Qt/QtCreator, CMake, Boost, OpenCL/CUDA, C++11/14, Standard Template Library, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Visual Studio, Eigen
